The Role
As the Operations Support Administrator, you'll support the General Manager - Operations and site crew to ensure our workforce is compliant, organised and mobilised.
 
You Will
  • Prepare and maintain site rosters in line with operational requirements
  • Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation for new starters and existing employees
  • Manage inductions, site access and mobilisation requirements
  • Track training, licences and compliance requirements across the workforce
  • Maintain accurate records across systems including training and onboarding data 
  • Liaise with supervisors, site teams and internal stakeholders to support workforce planning
  • Organise travel, uniforms and site-ready requirements
  • Run reports and provide updates to support operational decision-making
    Support day-to-day operations with general administrative coordination
What You’ll Need
 
Must-haves:
  • Previous experience in administration, operations or workforce coordination in mining or a similar industry
